Newport News, VA – Travis Bigelow (Ottawa, ON) of the baseball team has been named United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Pitcher of the Week, as announced on Tuesday.
 
The sophomore tossed a complete game leading the Roos to a 5-2 victory against Medaille College on Saturday. He surrendered just one earned run over seven innings and struck out seven batters in the team's first victory of the season.
