2011 Season
Competed in all eight invitationals in his rookie season with the Roos… Clocked his fastest 8K of the year at the Geneseo Invitational in 30:43… Recorded a 19:13 5K over SUNY Canton’s course… Finished the 6K course at the SUNYIT Wildcat Invitational in 21:58.

High School
Tom was a three-sport athlete competing in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field at Salmon River High School… He was named MVP of the indoor track team, earned a sportsmanship award and was named All-Northern in XC three times.
 
Personal
Born Oct. 19th, 1993 he is the son of Thomas and Tracy Lawzon… Brother of Kelsie… Father ran cross country at Mohawk Valley Community College… Tom is a Homeland Security major and earned his Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice in May.
