Jamie was a three-sport athlete at Thousand Islands Secondary competing in track and field, football and hockey… He was a two-time regional champion in the 100 and 200 meters… He was his football team’s starting running back and played on the first line finishing third in points in hockey… During the summer Jamie played baseball for the Brockville Bunnies.

Born November 1st, 1995 he is the son of Rob & Catherine Ashton… Brother of Dylan… Relative Scott Ashton played hockey at the University of Ottawa… Jamie is an Electrical Engineering Technology major.

What Makes You Unique: I like being outdoor, like working on drift cars and ATVs, and dirt bikes. I also like chilling and skiing, wakeboarding, hunting and finishing on the lake with friends.
Reason You Chose SUNY Canton: I was interested in the baseball program and liked the faculty.
